Koby has over 15 years of experience in R&D, Product & Strategy. His know-how includes Deep Learning, Big Data, MLOPS, Video Intelligence, and more. With a proven record on every level of SaaS development, from mobile, web and backend to big data and executive leadership, Koby brings a lot to the Alison team. He has been part of 'exits' for Waze, Pops and Superderivaties. Among his previous roles, he was the VP R&D for Bringg. Ellad Kushnir Matarasso is Alison's Director of Growth and brings over 15 years of business development and marketing experience. Previously to working at Alison, he was Advertising Director at Taboola, Country Manager at VidMob, and Director of Clients at Quality Score. Ellad holds an MA in Communications from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Media and Management with a focus on digital marketing from the College of Management in Israel.

Shira has a B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering. After graduating with honors, she started working in BI development before becoming a Data Engineer. At Alison, Shira uses SQL, Python and BI tools to develop and maintain the database structure, auto-tagging process and development of new BI models.

Ron Vind is a customer success manager at Alison AI, with many years of marketing experience as a user acquisition manager. Specializing in creative and audience optimization on various networks and verticals, Ron uses his experience to utilize Alison’s analysis and recommendations and turn them into actionable creative optimization strategies and results.

Ester is a results-driven and energetic professional with over 11 years of digital business experience. She has a proven track record of strategic partnerships leadership and client relationship management. Ester holds an MA in Entrepreneurial design & innovation management from the College of Management.

Mali is a full-stack developer with over 4 years of experience in web and mobile app development. She also holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Holon Institute of Technology

Matan has a B.Sc. in industrial and management from Ben Gurion University. After graduating, he started working in BI and data fields in different industries, leading big data initiatives. At Alison, Matan is responsible for leading our data platform initiative and supporting our scale.

Yariv has over 13 years of experience in Software Engineering. He also holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology. A full-stack expert skilled in web and mobile app development as well as software design, Yariv is an entrepreneur and founder of Nerdeez and Fisbo.

Chad Musselman brings over a decade of experience in digital media, programmatic, and social advertising. Throughout his distinguished career, he has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence, consistently thriving in dynamic environments. With key roles at companies like Nextdoor and Yahoo!, he's skilled in client relations and data-driven sales. His track record emphasizes revenue creation, strategic relationship-building with top-tier brands and agencies, and fostering talent development. As a strategist and team builder, Chad stands out for his innovative approaches and his aptitude for formulating advanced sales solutions.

Davis is passionate about programming and innovation and enjoys using his creativity and precision to solve complex problems. He has more than 10 years of experience in programming from companies such as Yandex and Datalog. David thrives by driving projects forward and constantly seeking new challenges and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. He believes that together, we can push our projects to new heights of success.

Anna manages Alison's analyst team. Anna has a Masters degree from the Ivan Franko Lviv National University. Among her many hobbies, she loves learning languages and writing poetry.

Adi Shefer is an operations manager at Alison AI. Adi has a B.A in Information Systems, from Ben-Gurion University. As a business operations expert, she has proven experience from top to bottom in the sales cycle. In addition to her experience in marketing and sales tools, Adi leads cross-department projects.

Mira is a student in Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business studying Economic Consulting and Business Analytics. Her work for Alison blends creativity and analytics as she contributes to Alison AI’s mission of providing innovative solutions to clients and enhancing internal operations.

Gaya Shachar is a B.A. Technological Marketing student at Sapir Academic College. Currently, she takes part as a performance analyst at Alison, where her role combines the worlds of creativity and analytics.

Nastia comes with lots of startup experience, making key contributions to successful exits like Concertio. As the design architect of Security Copilot at BlinkOps, she possesses a deep understanding of complex systems. With a proven track record, Nastia joins Alison.ai as a Product Design Leader and Product Manager, infusing her expertise in AI-based tools.

Aviv holds a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Afkea and an MSc in Electrical Engineering and Data Science from Bar Ilan University. After working two years at HP as a Data Scientist and two years at Intel as a Data Analyst, Aviv has an advanced understanding of predictive machine learning, data preprocessing, and deep learning algorithms. Additionally, she has extensive experience utilizing Python and SQL to extract valuable data.

After a number of years at the IDF (Intelligence directorate), Yochai transitioned to the private sector, where he worked several years as a BI data engineer concurrently with a Bachelor of Science in computer science from the Open University.

Nofar has a background in business administration and operations, along with experience as a former flight attendant and in the real estate industry. Her passion for people shines through in everything she does.

Eliana is a people-focused, result-driven, creative professional with a background in both the tech and design world. She joins Alison as a Customer Success Manager, steered towards client relationship management and creative optimization. Eliana graduated with a First Class Degree in Computer Science BSc with a specialization in Multimedia. After working in London for multiple tech and media companies, she immigrated to Israel and began her career in the customer-focused sectors.
