To expand our reach and enhance Alison.Ai’s impact on market efficiency and creativity, we’re in search of a Sales Development Representative. Your role goes beyond mere lead generation and prospect engagement—you’re passionate about significantly influencing the digital advertising landscape, making creative success more attainable and impactful for businesses worldwide. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in initiating valuable relationships, contributing to our dynamic sales strategy, and collaborating with a diverse range of team members and industry partners.


  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns, website inquiries, conferences, and other channels to ensure a robust pipeline for the sales team
  • Engage in proactive outbound prospecting to schedule meetings with potential clients, understanding their needs and how Alison.Ai can meet them
  • Address any questions regarding our software’s capabilities during the sales qualification process
  • Surpass weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals in new contacts, qualified leads, and meetings
  • Contribute to and coordinate with marketing campaigns to maximize outreach efforts
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date prospect management, data integrity, and forecasting using outbound tools


  • Proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented with a high achievement drive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging potential clients and clearly articulating Alison.Ai’s value proposition
  • Strong organizational skills with a commitment to professionalism
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales engagement platforms is preferred
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, cold-calling, or a customer-facing role. Experience in SaaS, tech sales, or a related field is a plus.
