Koby has over 15 years of experience in R&D, Product & Strategy. His know-how includes Deep Learning, Big Data, MLOPS, Video Intelligence, and more. With a proven record on every level of SaaS development, from mobile, web and backend to big data and executive leadership, Koby brings a lot to the Alison team. He has been part of 'exits' for Waze, Pops and Superderivaties. Among his previous roles, he was the VP R&D for Bringg. Mr. Gonzalo Martinez de Azagra is a Co-Founder and serves as General Partner at Cardumen Capital. He has over 15 years of technology and venture capital experience. Prior to Cardumen, Gonzalo spent four years in Korea at Samsung's Headquarters. He then founded and headed Samsung Ventures' office in Israel, deploying more than $120M in the capital. Notable exits include Replay (Acq. By Intel), PrimeSense (Acq. by Apple), and Elastifile (Acq. by Google). He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from Imperial College London and Télécom Paris, a degree in Economics from the University of London (London School of Economics), and an MBA from the University of Berkeley. He is also a Kauffman Fellow and has been named one of the Spanish Economic Leaders for Tomorrow by the Choiseul Institute.

Shai has over 16 years of experience in online marketing. He has a BA in Social Sciences from Ra’anana College. After several business ventures, Shai co-founded yellowHEAD, where he also serves as Co-CEO. He is a founding member and board director of Alison.

Yuval is the managing general partner and co-founder of Crescendo venture partners. He has over 15 years’ experience being on both sides of the table in high-tech and innovation as entrepreneur, executive and investor. Yuval is also the Co-founder of Swanlaab a VC fund in Spain, where he is a venture partner and part of the investment committee. Prior to founding crescendo venture partners Yuval was the CEO of Beta-O2 Technologies and prior to that he was Partner at Giza VC a $600m fund focusing on Israeli Tech and partner in GPV, Poland. Yuval served in the Israeli army as an officer in the special operation unit of the intelligence corps. Yuval is a medical doctor from the Technion and used to practice medicine in Israel as a general and vascular surgeon, he also holds a BSc in medical science from the Technion.
